REFUND POLICY

THE 90-DAY GUARANTEE

We ask you to give Itchova ninety days, so that is how long you have to change your mind.

If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the product price. You do not need to send anything back — opened jars included.

How to claim

Email info@planetmicroltd.com from the address on your order, with your order number. Telling us how it went is optional, but it is how we make the product better.

What the guarantee covers

· Refunds are limited to the product price paid. Any shipping or handling charged at checkout is not refunded.
· The guarantee applies to your first order only.
· One claim per household. "Household" means orders sharing a name, delivery address, email address or payment method.
· Your claim must reach us within 90 days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
· We may decline a claim where there is evidence of fraud or abuse. This includes resold product, repeat claims across multiple accounts belonging to the same household, orders placed with the intention of obtaining refunds, and chargebacks filed without contacting us first.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us.

ORDERS AFTER YOUR FIRST

The 90-day guarantee covers first orders. On later orders, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund any unopened jars.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

This is separate from the guarantee and applies to every order. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund it.

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund in full.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, and does not limit them.
